1. Return Policy
- Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- To qualify for a return, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damaged or defective product.
- Unboxing Video Guidelines:
- The video must be continuous, starting from the sealed package being opened to showing the damaged product.
- Ensure the product and packaging are clearly visible in the video.
- Timeframe for Return Requests:
- Customers must raise a return request within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Non-Returnable Products:
- Products that are functional and free of damage are not eligible for return.
- Damage due to mishandling by the customer will not qualify for return.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds for Returned Products:
- Upon verification of the unboxing video and confirmation of damage, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after the return is approved.
- Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be provided if only a portion of the order is damaged or defective.
- Refund Exceptions:
- No refunds will be issued if the product is found to be in proper condition after review.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellation by Customer:
- Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

- Order Cancellation by Smart Dhukhan:
- We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or any technical issues.
- In such cases, a full refund will be provided to the customer.
